This FNB chapter is based out of Montserrat College of Art. This blog will be documenting the processes for future Montserrat students, so that they can have constant food sources and information on how to start a FNB chapter. We plan to donate food to local Shelters, as well as serve free food to the public, when the weather is warm and local farms are in season.
We are an environmentally aware organization because we reduce the carbon food print of food, by only getting locally grown/sold foods. We cut down the amount of waste that businesses produce by using perfectly good food that would otherwise be thrown away. We will also be using paper plates and other degradable products , not styrofoam to serve.
